The clinic is designed to teach the basic fundamentals needed to play competitive basketball at all levels. Areas of concentration will include:
Ball Handling Shooting Passing Guard Moves Post Moves
Rebounding Defense Nutrition Plyometrics Strength Training
The clinic is coached by Mt. Ararat Girls' Varsity Basketball Coach Kelly LaFountain. She is a former University of Maine player and two-year captain for the Black Bears and has four years of head coaching experience at the collegiate level under her belt. Coach LaFountain has coached at numerous camps including: SWISH Camp, UMaine, Hoop Camp, Pine Tree, Gold Star, UVM, Boston Pros, USM Positional camps and Bowdoin College.
Fury camp promises to bring vast experience and knowledgeable coaching to all participants. A guaranteed positive experience for all athletes!
Cost for the clinic is $65 (This includes a 5 day clinic and tee shirt)
