Twenty-seven players attended this year's clinic.  Monday night the girls were shown some new active cool down stretching techniques by our own Athletic Trainer, Kate Anagnostis.  On Tuesday Ida Messerman put the girls through the paces with a strength and plyometric workout ending with the ever popular aerobics workout.  The girls were treated to a lecture and some offensive drills by the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Bowdoin College on Thursday.  Coach Pemper's assistant coach  Julie Veilleux showed the girls what it takes to improve their game on their own.  It was excellent validation to see her doing many of the same skills our players were being taught.  It really proves how important the basic skills are at all levels!

The rest of the week was devoted to working on skills and drills in all areas of the game.  Once again the girls got to see their shooting form on DVD to help them become better shooters.
